Mrs. Bailey Was Born On March 19, 1927, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Andrew And Fannie Mae Officer Boswell. Mrs. Bailey Passed Away On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, At The Cumberland Medical Center. Mrs. Bailey Was A Factory Worker And Worked In The Textile Industry. She Was A Member Of The West Avenue Church Of Christ In Crossville. Like Many Women During World War II, She Left School And Went To Work In The Defense Industry In Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Her Son Feels Like It Was Very Fitting For Her First Name To Be Rose As She Became Rosie The Riveter As Many Women Did During That Era Of The War. She Was Survived By, Son, Mike Bailey Of Jasper, TN. In Addition To Her Parents, She Was Preceded In Death By Her Husband, Robert Bailey; Sisters, Margaret Jones And Jean Ray; And Brother, Marvin Boswell.
