Mr. Norrod Passed Away On Saturday, May 28, 2016, At His Home. Mr. Norrod Was A Construction Foreman Working Last With General Constructors In Gallatin, Tennessee. He Loved Farming, Politics, And His Dog "Buddy". He Is Survived By His Wife Of Over 52 Years, Anna Kate Matheney Norrod Of Monterey, TN; 2 Sons And Daughters-In-Law, Mike And Leslie Norrod Of Monterey, TN, Steve And Dora Norrod Of Monterey, TN; Grandsons, Payton And Spencer Norrod; Brother And Sister-In-Law, Ronald And Brenda Norrod Of Fountain Run, KY. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By A Nephew, Daniel Norrod. Brother Joel Chappell Sr. Officiated. Mr. Matheney Was Born On September 1, 1932, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Herman Chester And Ena Maude Milligan Matheny. Mr. Matheney Passed Away On Friday, May 27, 2016, At The Overton County Health And Rehabilitation Center In Livingston, Tennessee. Mr. Matheney Was A Retired Railroad Detective Working With Tennessee Central, Illinois Central Railroad, Seaboard Railroad, L & N Railroad And The CSX Railroad. He Was A Member Of The Cumberland Presbyterian Church In Donelson, Tennessee, A Korean War Navy Veteran And A 1951 Graduate Of Monterey High School. He Was Survived By Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Brothers And Sisters-In-Law, And A Loving Family. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By His Wife, Willie "Billie" Duke Matheney On March 20, 2016; Sisters, Infants, Treva Lillian And Beatrice Chestleen Matheny; Ethelyne Copeland, Anita Vanderburg, And Betty Virginia Wilborn; Brothers, Harold Payne, Herman Bryan, Caroll Solmon, Walter Lee, Braxton, Herbert J. Mr. Neff Was Born On July 7, 1928 In Washington, District Of Columbia, To The Late John Fulton And Mildred May Kidd Neff. Mr. Neff Was A Heating And Air Technician With Walmart, Russell Stovers And Self Employed. He Was A US Navy Veteran. He Survived By, His Wife, Linda Lancaster Neff Of Monterey, TN; 3 Daughters, Cheryl (Tommy) McKinney Of Murrells Inlet, SC, Pam (Steve) Mentrup Of North Augusta, SC, Lisa Neff Of Murfreesboro, TN; 3 Sons, John Neff, Jr. Of Crofton, MD, Bob (Renee) Neff Of Lusby, MD, Steve (April) Neff Of Tifton, GA; 16 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren. Ms. Tinch Passed Away On Sunday, May 22, 2016, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Ms. Tinch Was A Homemaker. She Was A Member Of The Twinton Freewill Baptist Church. She Loved Sharing Her Gift From God With Her Voice In Music Ministry. She Was Survived By, Brother And Sister-In-Law, Billy And Linda Taylor Of Red Key, IN; Step Children, Patricia Gillham Of Anderson, IN, Harlon And Nancy Tinch Of Hanging Limb, TN; And 4 Step Grandchildren. She Was A Member Of The Monterey First Baptist Church. She Was Survived By Her Daughter And Son-In-Law, Terri And Jeff Heiderich Of Monterey, TN; 3 Grandchildren, Angel (Brandon) Presley Of Cookeville, TN, Cole Heiderich Of Monterey, TN, Corey Heiderich Of Monterey, TN; Great Granddaughter, Kadie Presley Of Cookeville, TN; Sister, Faye Stamps Of Baxter, TN; And Nephew, Wayne Stamps Of Baxter, TN.
